Information for Vendors

Stall fees for 2009 will be the same as in 2008: $18 for Corvallis (Saturday) and $17 for Corvallis (Wedneday) and the longer stall in Albany. Albany has some $15 stalls that are great for vendors who unload and park elsewhere. Our fees are generally lower than those of comparably sized markets, even before our discounts.

Please be patient. Guidelines and applications are mailed in mid-March to current vendors and others who provide a snail mail address. Plan to return your application by the March 31 deadline whether you are returning or new!!! We consider the date of application in deciding which vendors get to attend. Space was extremely tight at one site in 2008.

These are final or near final drafts of 2009 applications. It is possible we will edit documents here before the mailing.

We combined two forms for products requiring board approval. The board will meet March 11 to consider these products, so please plan to submit by March 10.

2009 Board Approval form -- includes restaurant, baked goods and other processed foods.

Forms are fillable with the free Adobe Reader 7.0. Older versions won't work with the type of forms we use.

Albany needs more farmer vendors. If you are new to farmers' markets, you'll have a much easier time getting noticed there. We have a lovely and highly visible new location downtown that is drawing new customers. Hours are now 9 a.m to 1 p.m.

Craft vendors: Contact Sheri Dover with the Corvallis Artisans Market about the market that operates next to us on private property. In the majority of cases, your products will NOT be allowed under CAFM guidelines because of the strong focus on agricultural products.
